
Okey so I had my first cross country practice yesturday...OMG I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA ROLL OVER AND DIE... We ran like 3 miles non stop and did strength training excersises. I swear my feet felt like bricks when i was running and im pretty sure everything else felt like jello...So me being me woke up with my legs sore as ever but still went out and did the same practice on my own...I swear if u eva ran cross country i have the most respect for you...I thout this sport is somthing i would never do but I am... So wat have i learned from this Sport so far???you have to push yourself beyond all means of your comfort zone...you have to be the best at what you do...greatness is my only opption... failures NOT
